I'm a curious spirit who is passionate about a wide variety of things, including biology, physics, technology, music, dance, psychology, neurology, and the healing arts. I value playfulness, practicality, precision, and mystical wonder. Over the last 20 years, I have traveled across the globe to study with experts and participate in all sorts of trainings, workshops, and intensive processes. What I have discovered is that deep down I am an inventor, who also likes to share and educate. It brings me joy to dig deep, reverse-engineer, connect the dots, remix, and synthesize into novel and accessible products that can empower others.
